Information We Collect

Tweeloads is designed to operate with the minimum amount of personal information necessary to provide the service. When you submit a Twitter / X URL for download, we receive that URL and the metadata required to resolve the underlying media file.

We may also collect limited technical information automatically, including:

• Browser type, version, and operating system.
• Approximate region derived from your IP address (never stored).
• Aggregate, non-identifying usage metrics such as total requests per day.

We do not require an account and we do not ask you to submit your name, email address, or any other personal contact information to use the downloader.

How Information Is Used

The information we receive is used strictly to:

• Resolve the public media file associated with a submitted URL.
• Stream that file back to your browser as a download.
• Monitor uptime, performance, and abuse prevention.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties for marketing purposes. We do not build advertising profiles based on your usage.

Cookies

Tweeloads uses a minimal set of cookies — strictly necessary cookies to maintain preferences (such as your selected theme) and basic analytics cookies to count anonymous pageviews. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect your preferences, but the core downloader will continue to work.

Third-Party Services

To deliver downloads, Tweeloads interacts with Twitter / X’s public media endpoints. Your submitted URL is sent to those endpoints in order to resolve the file. We also rely on infrastructure providers (such as our hosting and content-delivery network) which may process limited request metadata on our behalf.

These providers are bound by their own privacy commitments and process data only as necessary to operate the service.

Data Security

All traffic between your browser and Tweeloads is encrypted using HTTPS. We do not persist submitted URLs or resolved media files in long-term storage, and we apply standard hardening practices to the systems that handle requests.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take reasonable steps to protect information in transit and at rest, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

User Rights

Because we do not maintain user accounts or persistent profiles, we hold very little personal information about you. If you believe we hold information about you and would like to request access, correction, or deletion, you can contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

Where applicable laws (such as GDPR or CCPA) grant additional rights, we will honor those rights to the extent they apply to the limited information we process.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for a reasonable period after publication.
